New Student Enrollment Requirements
Lipan ISD requires the following for enrollment:
* Proof of residency one or more of the following:
- utility bill
- mortgage agreement
- lease agreement
- any other item we deem necessary
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Shot Record
Report Card / Transcript
Previous Test Results (if possible)
* The Board of Trustees or its designee shall establish minimum proof of residency acceptable to the district.
* The Board of Trustees or its designee may make reasonable inquiries to verify a person’s eligibility for admission.
